Flood Warning until 05:15AM 
* WHAT...Flooding will still be possible due to runoff of excessive rainfall that occurred from 10 PM to 1 AM.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Marshall and Nemaha.
* WHEN...Until 515 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 211 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that total rainfall amounts were between 2 and 4 inches. - Flooding impacts will continue, but only minor additional rainfall amounts are expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sabetha, Seneca, Frankfort, Centralia, Axtell, Bern, Corning, Goff, Vermillion, Oneida, Baileyville, Lillis and Woodlawn.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MARSHALL, KS ... NEMAHA, KS
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
