* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall of 2 to 4 inches continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following counties, Marshall and Nemaha.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 915 AM CDT, emergency management from Nemaha and Marshall Counties reported flooding in the warned area. - Highway 9 north of Vliets in Marshall County was covered with water and remained closed. Wildcat Creek and the Nemaha River north of Seneca are out of their banks and flooding nearby fields. - Other locations that could experience flooding include... Sabetha, Seneca, Frankfort, Centralia, Axtell, Bern, Corning, Goff, Vermillion, Oneida, Baileyville, Lillis and Woodlawn.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MARSHALL, KS ... NEMAHA, KS
