San Rafael PD is currently involved in police activity in area of REDWOOD HWY and MITCHELL BLVD. Please avoid this area. If seen, black male adult, mid 20's, 6ft, black hoodie, black jeans. Subject had mask covering lower half of face. Subject is wanted for driving a stolen vehicle. If subject is seen, DO NOT APPROACH, CALL 911 and advise.
