* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rainfall are expected today and Saturday.
