Dear Rock County Residents, we understand that you are trying to get to work this morning, please use CAUTION while traveling. Most roads south and east of Luverne are under water. Do not drive through the water as you will not know if the road is still there. We do not know when the water will go down to the point you are able to drive on that particular road. If you see a barricade, do not go around it, as it is there for a reason. The Hwy Dept is out and working on barricading the roads, but they only have so many barricades, so some roads may go without. Again do not drive through the water.

The water will go down, we just need patience.
