The NJ Department of Environmental Protection is asking for your assistance.

Please keep those terrible tanglers - hoses, cords, clothes and plastic bags - out of your curbside recycling buckets, bins or carts!

These items are not collected in curbside recycling programs as they will jam recycling processing equipment grinding recycling center operations to a halt.

Remember to check your municipal or county recycling website or the Recycle Coach information system if you are uncertain about your local recycling program requirements.
