A controlled burn is scheduled to begin at 10AM Today (6/21) in the St. Vincent area of San Rafael. The burn is expected to produce smoke visible to those in or near Novato and San Rafael.
Smoke will also be visible to commuters on Highway 101. Please share this message with others who live in or commute in the area that may see or smell smoke.
Do not call 9-1-1 to report smoke from the burn area. Only call if you see new active flames in another area.
