Wilmington Police Cold Case Unit requests public assistance in connection to 2013 murder of Jermaine Goins:
The Wilmington Police Department’s Cold Case Unit is asking for the assistance of the public in connection to the 2013 murder of Jermaine Goins.
On August 4, 2013 at approximately 6:58 p.m., police were dispatched to the 700 block of West 5th Street, in reference to a call for shots fired. Upon arrival, officer’s located 19-year-old Jermaine Goins, who had been shot and later succumbed to his injuries.
This investigation remains ongoing, and investigators are asking the public for assistance.
