* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The left bank levees at the Luverne city park begin to be overtopped and the park may be under 5 to 6 feet of water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
