INCIDENT: H&S 11378 Possession of Controlled Substance for Sales
LOCATION: 22700 block of Ponderosa Drive, Crestline, CA 92325
SUSPECT(S): Vincent Jose Espinoza, 24-year-old male resident of Rubidoux
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On June 20, 2024, at approximately 10:30 AM, deputies were dispatched to an unwanted subject outside of a residence located on the 22700 block of Ponderosa Drive in Crestline. The male left from the residence prior to deputy arrival.
Deputies located Espinoza in a vacant home nearby. Vincent Jose Espinoza matched the subject description provided by the reporting party. Espinoza was found to be on probation for PC245 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Deputies located approximately 50 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a scale, black airsoft pistol, and counterfeit U.S. currency on Espinoza.
Espinoza was arrested for H&S 11378 - Possession of Controlled Substance for Sales, and PC 3455 - Probation Violation. Espinoza was booked at the Central Detention Center in lieu of a $280,000 bail, and a no bail probation hold.
