West Fork Des Moines River at Humboldt affecting Humboldt County. .The river forecast for the West Fork Des Moines River at Humboldt has been adjusted upward and now record flooding is expected. The new forecast crest would be higher than any crests ever recorded at Humboldt. The upward adjustment is due to changes in forecast rainfall amounts and timing.
