* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...Rock River at Luverne.
* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The railroad tracks in Luverne are flooded and additional structures are threatened.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:30 PM CDT Friday was 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.3 feet tomorrow morning.
