Missing Person at Risk: 68-year-old Hongwei Yan 
The San Leandro Police Department is alerting the community to a missing person at risk. 68-year-old Hongwei Yan (DOB: 03/23/1956) was last seen near her home on the 1700 Block of Clrake Street in San Leandro yesterday, June 21st, at about 7:15 am. Mrs. Yan suffers from mental health-related ailments. Please look at the attached picture; if located, please call the San Leandro Police Department or your local law enforcement agency.
Mrs. Yan speaks Mandarin and might have taken Chinese currency (Yuan or Renminbi) with her when she left.
