INCIDENT: PC 25400 - Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit
LOCATION: 11800 Mountain View Avenue, Loma Linda
SUSPECT(S): Caleb Ronald Thomspon, 20-year-old resident of Colton
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On June 17, 2024, at approximately 11:34 PM, Deputy S. Smith from the Central Station stopped a vehicle in the Hulda Crooks park, located in Loma Linda, for being in the park after hours in violation of city ordiance. Deputy K. Cannon contacted the passenger, Caleb Thompson. Cannon observed a loaded firearm magazine on the passenger floorboard. Both subjects of the vehicle were removed from the vehicle and detained. Smith conducted a search and located a tan unregistered firearm without a serial number in Thompson's backpack.
Caleb Thompson was arrested and booked at Central Detention Center for PC 25400- Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit.
