Power outage in some northeast portions of town. PSEG responding. Community Center open until 5PM for cooling. 
We are aware of a power outage within the northeast quadrant of town in the Cranford Avenue/Garden Street area of town. It appears that this outage is due to a local transformer issue. The Township has confirmed that PSEG is aware and responding to this outage. According to their outage map, estimated restoration for this outage is 7:30 PM. Our Cranford Community Center will be opened today, June 22nd 2024 until 5:00PM in case residents who have lost power with no other alternatives would like a place to await power restoration.
