* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:10 AM CDT Sunday the flow was 25,179.0 cfs. - Bankfull flow is 10,000.0 cfs. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 38,000.0 cfs tomorrow evening.
