* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The left bank levees at the Luverne city park begin to be overtopped and the park may be under 5 to 6 feet of water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM CDT Sunday was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 6.0 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
