Nixle Subscribers, we are in the process of transitioning from your current Nixle service to Everbridge. This is to improve emergency alerts within Jefferson County. Our goal is to have as little of a gap as possible in your emergency alert coverage. Please Sign Up Here to register for Everbridge. If you currently use NIXLE, you will still be alerted in the event of emergencies with the exception of automatic weather alerts from the National Weather Service such as winter storm, flooding, wind, fog, advisories/warnings.
