* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona Counties. In west central Wisconsin, Buffalo, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Trempealeau and Vernon Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy rain due to thunderstorms is possible this evening into tonight. One to three inches of rain with locally higher amounts is possible. Due to abundant recent rainfall, this additional rain may quickly lead to flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
