The threat for Severe Storms this evening and overnight has increased for our area. We are now included in the Level 3 (Enhanced Risk) area for numerous storms. Main timing will be from 9pm-3am. Damaging winds of 60+mph are the main threat. Heavy rain resulting in flash flooding cannot be ruled out and neither can large hail or a tornado. How heavy the rainfall is will be dependent on how fast the storms move through the area. There is still a chance the system could shift a bit, but we are still likely to see something as the storms move in from the Northwest. Please pass along to members of your families.
