Deputies in Needles Locate Domestic Violence Suspect and Take Him into Custody
DATE/TIME: Monday, June 24, 2024, at approximately 5:40 a.m.
INCIDENT: PC 273.5(A) - Inflict Corporal Injury/Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 100 Block of Victory Lane , Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Logan Jamison, 28-years-old, Resident of Needles. CA
VICTIM(S): CONFIDENTIAL
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 23, 2024, at approximately 10:47 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 100 block of San Luis Street regarding a domestic disturbance.
When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered suspect Logan Jamison had assaulted the victim during an argument at their home and fled the scene prior to the deputy's arrival. The victim was treated for her injuries by medical personnel at the scene.
Several hours later, deputies located the suspect near the 100 block of Victory Lane where he was taken into custody without incident.
Logan Jamison was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking on the above mentioned charges. Jamison remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
