Split Rock Creek near Corson affecting Minnehaha County. Missouri River Near Ponca affecting Dixon, Dakota and Union Counties. Split Rock Creek below Jasper affecting Rock, Minnehaha and Pipestone Counties. West Fork Des Moines River at Jackson affecting Jackson County. West Fork Des Moines River near Windom affecting Cottonwood and Jackson Counties. West Fork Des Moines River near Avoca affecting Murray and Cottonwood Counties.
