Flood Warning until 12:45PM 
The Flood Warning will expire at 1245 PM CDT this afternoon for portions of southwest Minnesota, including the following areas, Nobles and Rock and southeast South Dakota, including the following area, Minnehaha. Ponding of water in fields and low lying areas continues but widespread areal flooding has gradually subsided. River and stream flooding continues with River Flood Warnings remaining valid in those areas. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and evacuation notices from local officials.
