* WHERE...Coke, Concho, Fisher, Irion, Jones, Nolan, Runnels, Sterling, Taylor, and Tom Green Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FISHER ... NOLAN ... STERLING ... COKE ... RUNNELS ... IRION ... TOM GREEN ... CONCHO ... JONES ... TAYLOR

Instructions:

A Heat Advisory means that hot weather conditions are occurring or expected. This will create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Never, ever, leave children or pets alone in enclosed vehicles, not even for a few minutes. Car interiors can reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
