* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon and York.
* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1113 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
