Flood Advisory until 01:15AM Thursday

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon and York.

* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1113 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Harrisburg, Lebanon, Carlisle, Lower Allen, Hershey, Colonial Park, Progress, Mechanicsburg, Middletown, Camp Hill, Palmyra, New Cumberland, Linglestown, Enola, Steelton, Annville, Lemoyne, Hummelstown, Cornwall and Paxtonia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
