Grand Avenue is currently CLOSED at the culvert due to a downed tree, wire, and utility pole on the Rockport Road (Mansfield) side. Signs and barriers have been placed, commuters are advised to use Route 57 to get around the obstruction. JCP&L has been notified, but is in Storm Mode and unable to provide a response time.
