Activity for June 26, 2024:
- Officer Goings arrested a 46-year-old male at JPD for an outstanding felony warrant out of Wisconsin.
- Officer Hogan was dispatched to the area of Biddle and Williams Streets for a suspicious male. The 37-year-old male was taken to the hospital for mental health treatment.
- Officers of multiple ranks attending the Summer Safety Series event at Lions Park.
- Officer Johnson conducted traffic enforcement on Seymour Ave.
- Officer Mills made a traffic stop near the intersection of McKinley and Lansing on a vehicle which had no license plate. The 32-year-old male driver was arrested for violating his conditional bond.
- Officer Tripp was sent to the 300 block of Argyle for an overdose. A 32-year-old female was transported to the hospital for treatment. A 31-year-old female at the scene was arrested on six outstanding warrants.
- Officer Morse responded to a residence in the 200 block of Biddle St. for an assault. A 48-year-old male was arrested for the assault and for violating his conditional bond.
- Officer Panther contacted a 39-year-old male in Austin Blair Park. The subject was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.
