SUSPECT(S): Delores Pree, Age 35 , Resident of Lancaster

VICTIM(S): Confidential

SUMMARY:
On Monday, June 24, 2024, at approximately 8:24 P.M., Rancho Cucamonga deputies responded to the report of an assault at the 10900 block of Foothill Boulevard. When deputies arrived, they met with two victims, one of which had visible injuries to her face. Through investigation, deputies learned Victim One had an argument with multiple subjects who were seated inside two black vehicles.

As Victim One entered a nearby store, she stopped a citizen, Victim Two.  As both victims stood talking in front of the store, one of the black SUVs drove to the front of the store. Multiple subjects exited the vehicle and began punching and kicking both victims. After the assault, the subjects took the phone and keys belonging to Victim One before they reentered their vehicle and fled the location.

Victim One was transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital for treatment, due to the extent of her injuries. Victim Two sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.

Rancho Cucamonga detectives obtained suspect information, and on June 26, 2024, an arrest was made. Delores Pree was transported to the West Valley Detention Center and booked on charges of PC 245- Assault with a Deadly Weapon and PC 211- Robbery.

Delores Pree remains in custody at the West Valley Detention Center, and her bail is set at $50,000.00. She is scheduled to appear in Rancho Cucamonga Superior Court on June 28, 2024.
