The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a fatal crash at the intersection of S Huron Road and Finger Road involving a motorcycle and SUV. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and temporarily find alternate routes of travel.
Officers were dispatched to the scene on Friday, June 28, 2024, just after NOON for the incident. CPR was performed on the motorcyclist, a 21-year-old Green Bay area man who succumbed to injuries sustained after being transported to a local hospital.
No injuries have been reported by the driver of the SUV who remained on the scene and has been cooperating with the investigation.
The crash has closed a portion of S Huron Road between E Mason Street and Windland Drive as accident reconstruction is on scene. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
The investigation is ongoing. No additional details will be released at this time.
