Accident has just occurred on William Hilton Parkway at Matthews Drive on Hilton Head Island. The left east bound turn lane and the left west bound lane of William Hilton Parkway are blocked by vehicles involved and emergency vehicles. Motorists are advised to please use caution and to expect delays when traveling through this area.
