Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé seeks the public’s help in locating Juhlia Payne, 15, of Newark, who was reported missing, Friday, May 3, 2024.
Juhlia Payne, a frequent runaway, was reported missing from the 200 block of South 8th Street. She is described as 4’8” tall and 140 pounds and was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a blue sweater, white shirt, and gray pants.
Director Fragé urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Juhlia Payne to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
