Dear Residents;

I am proud to report more Road Improvements along 30 Mile Road from Kildare to Van Dyke beginning July 8th.  

30 Mile Road: Asphalt preservation work on 30 Mile Road between Van Dyke Avenue (M-53) and Kildare Drive in Washington Township is anticipated to start July 8 and is estimated to be completed in late August (weather permitting). The road will remain open to traffic with intermittent flagging operations in place during construction operations. Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to seek alternate routes. The project is part of MCDR's 2024 pavement preservation program (PPP).

I want to thank the Macomb County Department of Roads for working together with our Township to improve our roads.

32/Mound Update: Currently being engineered for a traffic light and turn lanes with expected construction in the Fall 2024.
