| Narrative: |
On July 1, 2024, at approximately 4:20 a.m., a commercial burglary was reported at the Camarillo Gun Store on Ventura Boulevard in Camarillo. Responding deputies discovered a blue Kia sedan rammed the front door of the business, allowing several subjects to enter the business.
The store owner reported the subjects smashed several display cases and multiple firearms were stolen. The exact number of stolen items is yet to be determined, as an inventory is being taken.
The Kia was confirmed to have been stolen in Camarillo, just hours before the burglary. A second vehicle is believed to have been used by the suspects to flee the scene. Currently, no suspects are in custody.
