Please remember, the use or possession of fireworks in the Town of Fairview is strictly prohibited (Ordinance 2014-40: Section 5601.1.3).
The Fairview Fire Marshal and Police Department enforce this prohibition, issuing citations for violations. Fireworks present hazards to the safety of residents and pets, as well as the natural beauty of the Town.
