An accident has just occurred on William Hilton Parkway at Dillon Road on Hilton Head Island. The right eastbound lane of William Hilton Parkway is currently blocked by vehicles involved and emergency vehicles. Motorists are advised to please use caution and to expect delays when traveling through this area.
