* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following areas, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Harrison IN, Orange and Perry and Kentucky, including the following areas, Breckinridge, Hancock, Jefferson and Meade.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall of 2-4 inches fell in portions of southern Indiana and the Louisville Metro on Wednesday, resulting in some minor flooding and flash flooding. An additional 1-2 inches is possible in these same areas later this morning and into the afternoon hours. Thunderstorms will be capable of producing extreme rainfall rates of greater than 1-2 inches per hour at times.
