No dogs on Bay Beach per Code 33-5. The Township will issue fines of $500 to owners of dogs caught on the Beach. 
Due to the increase of dog activity at the Bay Beach and receiving numerous compalints of dog droppings, the Township will be enforcing Chapter 33-5 of the Township Code and will be issuing fines of $500.00 to any person found on the Beach with a dog.
Fines will also be issued for anyone littering at the Beach as well.
The Township appreciates your cooperation in this matter as we pride ourselves in keeping our Town clean and safe for all to enjoy.
