Drop Box Open at Village Hall 
On July 5, 2024, the Wisconsin Supreme Court voted to reverse the 2022 ban on using drop boxes for returning ballots. Because of this decision, the Village is now able to open the secure drop box at Village Hall for all to use. This includes ballot returns, utility payments, and any other after-hours communications.
Because of the previous ban, the Village has needed to close the drop box at Village Hall for all uses during the time between absentee ballot mailings to election dates to prevent ballots being returned incorrectly. Due to today's court decision, this is no longer the case.
