1. Person Shot (2115) 70 Block of Weber Avenue, Civic District
The female victim, 51, was near the listed location when she was struck by an apparent falling bullet. The victim was transported to an area hospital for a non-life-threatening wound. There is no suspect information.
2. Weapon Arrest (2254) 100 Block of Hampton Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a disturbance involving a subject with a gun. Officers detained the subject, and she was found to be in possession of a firearm. ARRESTED: Brenda Panela, 31, for weapons charges.
3. Battery on an Officer (2354) 8700 Block of Lansdowne Drive, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and found two subjects fighting with each other. One was taken into custody without incident. Force was used to take the other suspect into custody. A third suspect interfered with the arrest, and force was used to arrest him as well. ARRESTED: #1 Semise Palefau, 25, for battery on officer, battery, and resisting arrest. #2 Sean Buligon, 26, for battery and being intoxicated in public. #3 Siaosi Palefau, 76, for battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
4. Shooting into a Vehicle (0140) 7000 Block of Sharkon Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a report of a shooting into a vehicle at the listed location. Two vehicles were located that had been struck by gunfire. There is no suspect information.
5. Weapons Arrest (0149) Hunter Street and Church Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to the call location on a report of subjects passing around a firearm. Upon arrival, the suspect fled on foot and discarded multiple firearms as he ran. Officers detained the suspect after a brief foot pursuit and recovered the firearms. ARRESTED: Reese Johns 27, for weapons charges.
