Felony Fleeing, OWI 4th Offense – Kyle J. Conery On 7/5/24, at approximately 10:00 pm, a Janesville officer turned around on a vehicle that was leaving a house in the 400 block of South Jackson Street. Before the officer could catch up to the vehicle it left at a high rate of speed east on East Racine Street.
