On 7/4/24, at approximately 11:38 pm, a Janesville officer located a vehicle traveling onto oncoming traffic Westbound on W Milwaukee St from N Main St. The officer observed the driver switch seats and go into the back seat of the vehicle. The driver was identified as Ronald L. Williamson. Ronald showed signs of being impaired, refused standardized field sobriety tests, and was arrested for OWI 7th offense. |
Ronald refused to submit to a legal blood draw, so a search warrant was drafted. It was approved and signed by a judge. A legal blood draw was taken from Ronald. The results are pending.
Ronald was held at the Rock County Jail.
