* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 2-4 inches are expected within the watch area which may lead to instances of flash flooding along with river flooding.
