Collingswood Property Revaluation Underway 
A reminder to all Collingswood residents: The Camden County Board of Taxation, with approval from the State of New Jersey, Division of Taxation, has initiated a revaluation of all properties in our borough for the 2025 Tax Year.
Field inspections by Professional Property Appraisers, Inc. have started. Inspectors will have a photo ID and are registered with the Collingswood Police Department.
