In east central Missouri, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO, Montgomery MO, Warren MO and Washington MO. In southeast Missouri, Iron MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO and Saint Francois MO.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 1-3 inches are expected within the watch area with locally heavier amounts which will lead to flash flooding along with rises along local rivers.
