* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Christian, De Witt, Logan, Macon, McLean, Piatt, Sangamon and Shelby. In east central Illinois, Champaign, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Vermilion.

* WHEN...From 10 AM CDT this morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
