* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following 
  areas, Eastern St. Joseph IN, Elkhart, Fulton IN, Lagrange, 
  Marshall, Northern Kosciusko, Northern La Porte, Pulaski, Southern 
  Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke, Western St. Joseph IN and 
  White and southwest Michigan, including the following areas, 
  Branch, Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien and St. Joseph 
  MI.
* WHEN...From 5 PM EDT  /4 PM CDT/ this afternoon through Wednesday 
  afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
