* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, southeastern Franklin, Jefferson, southwestern Saint Louis and northern Washington.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1102 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen on saturated soils. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Louis, Chesterfield, Wildwood, Ballwin, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Arnold, Manchester, Creve Coeur, Crestwood, Festus, Town and Country, Union, Eureka, Ellisville, Richmond Heights, Ladue, Sunset Hills, Des Peres and Brentwood.
