* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, including the following county, White, and Southwest Indiana, including the following county, Posey.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 504 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Evansville, Mount Vernon, Carmi, Grayville, Norris City, Poseyville, New Harmony, Crossville, Enfield, Cynthiana, Blairsville, New Haven, Mill Shoals, Griffin, Maunie, Springerton, Burnt Prairie and Phillipstown. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
