...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...
  Yellow River at Plymouth affecting Starke, Marshall and St. 
  Joseph Counties.
.Steady rain has resulted in rising water on the Yellow River at 
Plymouth.
For the Yellow River...including Plymouth, Knox...Minor flooding is 
forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT TO LATE 
SATURDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Yellow River at Plymouth.
* WHEN...From late Wednesday night to late Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Some residential and commercial properties 
  near the Jefferson Street Bridge begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM EDT Tuesday /8:45 PM CDT Tuesday/ the stage was
    5.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning to a crest of 13.9 feet early Thursday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
