Flood Advisory until 02:15AM Wednesday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Franklin, Ripley and Union and the following counties, in Ohio, Butler and Preble.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1118 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Trained spotter reported ponding on roadways at the Indiana/Ohio state line near College Corner. Video confirmed. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Oxford, Eaton, Brookville, Bright, Versailles, Camden, Milan, Osgood, West Alexandria, West College Corner, Moores Hill, Darrtown, Logan, Manchester, Reily, Sunman, St. Leon, Holton, Scipio and College Corner.
